Hailing from one of the hottest dining spots in the Philippines, Alegria has grown beyond its roots as the first sangria bar in Manila. Opened in April 2021, Alegria Singapore is the first international offshoot, an upscale casual restaurant and bar concept situated alongside the vibrant Keong Saik district.
At Alegria, the traditional meets the modern in a nuanced and sophisticated approach to fusion. Alegria’s menu is primarily inspired by Latin cuisine, mixed with a dash of modern Asian flavours.
While Alegria derives inspiration from global influences, the flavor and texture is undeniably local. We celebrate the Filipino culture of savouring each meal with good company. Our kitchen reimagines local ingredients and introduces new ways of enjoying them. Our continued partnerships with local farmers and suppliers not only ensures we get the freshest ingredients, but also fosters a thriving and sustainable local food community.
